It has been 8 days at home and honestly speaking, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but here. No offense to those guys who couldn’t go back because of work or class, I gotta say it’s such a relief to finally set my feet on Malaysian ground especially after 16 hours of traveling including 2 hours transit in Penang (total agony). Well I guess I built my hopes quite at the high side, yup as usual it didn’t go quite as expected. A lot of things, the annoying little things that usually don’t actually get to you if it was any other day but when they kept happening and on top of each other especially on or close to raya boy they totally put my patience and rationale to a test. I don’t think by making those little things (not quite little actually) known would change things so let me just say that my raya this year sucked big time and completely ruined, it would’ve been awesome otherwise but luckily the presence of my family and close relatives helped a lot with this holiday. Yeah I kinda disappointed, oh well I’ll get over it besides there are so many other things to look forward to for the remaining of my days here. Was I selfish? I think I was being kinda slightly selfish and oversensitive over this raya thingy, life’s a biatch then u married one!!!! That’s life alright.
I cherish every single thing here since I came back, went to bazaar ramadhan boy it was like a mini funfair that everyone in town just turn up and have fun, the fact that maghrib act as a dateline, more and more people arrived as the evening progressed and they were all after the same -quite limited at this stage- drinks and foods, really crowded and the place just went mad. It was like a big flea market or a food fest but none of the customer nor the vendor could eat, I enjoyed just being there watching people around and refraining myself from salivating over those delicious foods, most I could only dreamed about when I was in Ireland. Not a moment wasted I bought whatever caught my sight, kept telling myself buy now I have the whole night to eat it, so it will be fine, not quite really, my stomach was full right before the main dish, I guess from long period of starvation before and during ramadhan in Ireland had shrunk my stomach somehow and it losses its distensibility (if there such a word). I think I might have put on a couple of kilos since got here.
The weather ‘s great, a bit too warm though but to be fair I’d rather be here than the gloomy cold weather over in limerick which I have to endure in a couple of days, gosh the thought of it made me depressed already. Very bright as well unlike the constant cloudiness and now that the daytime is shorter than the night really made me think twice to go back. I can wear my sunglasses and enjoy the day. Downside is sweating and I do sweat like a pig here, hence shower very frequently and my newly bought cologne gone half already.
I do miss Ireland especially when I was on the road, damn these Malaysian drivers, I don’t think I could drive here they’re just vicious and reckless too. No wonder they were fatal accidence every single days here, a sad and shameful fact. I miss my house and my beloved couch!!!! Well I guess this is quite boring enough so I better stop before any of these contributors decided to delete it. oh yeah I miss my espresso machine very much and those friends of mine over there or anywhere else that I haven’t seen since I left!!!! halloween and buat kueh

here are the pictures taken on halloween night, where we went to sri's house to buat kueh, in the middle of mixing the batter for both the cornflakes and the chocolate chip cookies, we were intrupted by the bell. Being halloween night, the sight caucasian or mat salleh children wearing costumes and having buckets for sweets in thier hands came into my already clouded mind.

If ever their intentions were to scare us, I would say THEY REALLY SUCCEEDED in doing so ( at least i was scared). Ingatkan mat salleh yang sambut halloween, rupe-rupenyer pakistani pun sambut gak....weekekekekekeke.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tindakan kerajaan membiayai pengajian jurusan perubatan tidak kurang 100 pelajar Malaysia di Ireland dengan kos antara RM60 juta hingga RM100 juta dianggap sebagai pembaziran wang negara kerana pelajar terbabit tidak mengenang budi selepas lulus sebagai doktor.Malah, apa yang lebih mendukacitakan ialah perbuatan sesetengah pelajar terbabit mempengaruhi pelajar lain supaya jangan kembali ke Malaysia tetapi sebaliknya menetap dan bekerja di Eropah yang kini mengalami pembangunan pesat ekonomi.Pendedahan itu dilakukan Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Dr Chua Soi Lek yang baru-baru ini melawat Royal College of Surgeons dan University College Dublin di Ireland di mana lebih 1,000 pelajar Malaysia mengikuti pengajian ijazah atau program lanjutan jurusan perubatan.“Mereka ini bukan saja mengelak peraturan kerajaan mewajibkan perkhidmatan di hospital awam dan gagal mematuhi syarat bon kerajaan, sebaliknya memberi pengaruh kurang baik terhadap pelajar Malaysia lain yang kini mengikuti jurusan perubatan di luar negara. “Ini satu kejutan kepada saya kerana mereka sepatutnya menghabiskan program pembelajaran masing-masing dan kembali ke tanah air untuk berkhidmat kepada negara.“Sudahlah mereka tidak pulang ke sini bagi memenuhi syarat bon, mereka juga tidak membayar balik wang biasiswa untuk mengikuti jurusan perubatan. Mereka ambil jalan mudah menetap di luar negara dan mendapat gaji lumayan, malah mempengaruhi pula yang lain supaya jangan kembali,” katanya.Menurut Dr Chua, kebanyakan daripada 100 pelajar yang dikenal pasti adalah penerima biasiswa Mara berdasarkan hasil perbincangan dengan pelajar Malaysia di Ireland bulan lalu. Kesemua doktor berkenaan didapati sudah bekerja di negara itu antara setahun hingga 11 tahun.Difahamkan, kira-kira RM1 juta diperlukan bagi membiayai kursus perubatan di Britain, United Kingdom atau Ireland bagi seorang pelajar. Pelajar Malaysia yang mendapat biasiswa kerajaan terikat kepada bon kerajaan selama tujuh tahun selain perkhidmatan wajib tiga tahun di hospital kerajaan. Apa yang memburukkan lagi keadaan, kata Dr Chua, beliau diberitahu beberapa pelajar Malaysia yang ditemuinya bahawa kumpulan 100 doktor itu kini mempengaruhi pelajar lain yang menerima biasiswa kerajaan supaya jangan kembali ke tanah air selepas menamatkan pengajian. Beliau berkata, isu berkenaan akan dibangkitkan dalam mesyuarat Kabinet Rabu ini. Dalam rangka lawatannya ke Ireland, Dr Chua turut menerima anugerah fellowship daripada Royal College of Physicians, Ireland (RCPI).Dr Chua adalah Menteri Kesihatan pertama dari rantau ini yang menerima penghormatan terbabit. Fellowship itu diberi sebagai tanda pengiktirafan sumbangan dan komitmen beliau terhadap pembangunan bidang penjagaan kesihatan di Malaysia serta pembangunan pengajian perubatan pasca ijazah.

i don't think so the doctors are the ones who are 'pengaruhi' the students, but the students themselves who come to realise that opportunities are more wide open over here. Any sane person would do the same.

As oppose to back home in malaysia, it takes less than 2 years or probably a year to get into a postgraduate programme ( schemes)...back home it takes about 4 to 5 years depending queue!

Besides that, here, people are judge by the degree of their professionalism as well work qualities ( not so much in malaysia ....i guess , read : first impressions, bodek etc).

POstgrad studies here are also free.....i surely the government would be glad to here that..as they would'nt have to come out with a cent of their money! dont' you think it would be a good idea if doctors were given permission to conclude thier postgrad studies first before coming home.

Going back hoem would mean queues for postgrad study places and more government spending of students!

Ish nak kasi terminologi tu betul2 la.Ade Kopi Peng....macam Chin Peng....Kopi Beng la...Beng = Ais in Kelantan...bukan Peng....guna peng kalau ko nak main tembak2 ngan adik ko....buat tangan macam pistol jari telunjuk tu straight, ibu jari lentik sikit pastu jari2 lain tutup rapat pastu jerit PENG! PENG! kat sape2 ko nak konon2 nya nak tembak....itu guna peng...bukan kopi peng....isk nak cakap English macam Irish tak jadi, nak sebut terminologi org tempatan pun tak jadi ko ni org mana ha melur?!

hai gang.... Kelembai, sori la harini tak dapat mengontek ngkorang sbb lepas balik keje kena nguruskan tiket balik n then pegi tesco la pulak utk masak buke posa; kesian housemates makan lewat hehe. Pastu rasa penat. Anyways kita kena buat sesuatu hari Sabtu ni...sebenarnya teringin sungguh nak menghoskan makan2, tapi susah la jugak takde rumah sendiri macam si Melur n si Rajunatapa tuh....
As i was saying, plan utk esoknya....kita kena hantar Melur ke airport dulu, agak risau la dia ni dah la postcall kena balik kul 12noon, flight pukul 4pm, barang plak tak pack lagi...nak mandi n bersiap lagi....eeks! kalau yours truly mmg la tak sempat! eee..best pulak lagu Darren Hayes 'So beautiful' ni....
Lepas hantar Melur pandai2 la kita plan ek, malas nak pikir sekarang...hehe, but i think come midnight we should catch a movie...maybe Elizabethtown is playing? arghh i'm actually doubly, in fact 'triply' in boredomville what with the long weekend(sebenarnya kena keje Sunday-Monday tapi suruh locum buat!heh), the absence of melur n rajunatapa, boyfriend up in some mountain uncontactable for 3 days...wargh, boleh gila dibuatnya.

the story

Hi guyz…Syaz+Mas baru lepas berbuka puasa. Simple saje, Tomyam sayur dan mee hoon. Tapi kitorang ade masak beef and chicken casserole, Cuma lagi 5 jam baru masak sebab guna slow cooker. Untuk bersahurlah jawabnye…Takpe, kitorang dah agak bloated dah dgn mihun tomyam, custard donut Tesco, Teh susu dan apple dan colek.

Sebenarnya, otak Syaz agak bengap sekarang nie sebab dah lame jugak tak bercerita. Kayla, taknakla bagi korang bosankan sebab basically engkorang semua dah tahu our activities together yang havoc giler. Hari Jumaat lepas, Syaz dan mas beria pergi umah Si Melur nak prepare untuk birthday Si Rajunatapa (yang ke 25 kononnya),takpela, kite kasi can kat dia kay? Ha…nak menangis Syaz+mas potong ayam ngan daging untuk sate. Yela, kita yang tak balik M’sia ni kenala buat sendiri kan kalau nak makan. N’ways, sambil kitorang pemotongan tu, Ema dengan bersungguh2 mengemas umah dia pastu dia penat dan terus tido kat atas sofa dia yang keras tu. Mas as usual terpaksalah setia dengan Syaz, hehe…Thanks Mas.

Kalau tidak aku menangis sorang2 la jawabnye…dipendekkan cerita, Syaz tak tido satu malam tu, kejut diorang bangun bersahur dan sambung lagi keje. Banyak beno keje macam susah nak percaya kan? Nways, legala jugak syaz sebab hari Sabtu tu bleh releks dan focus on my hair, hehe…Happening jugak birthday Paan, semuanya ada Abe, Sri, Afiq, Leia, Ema, Siti K, Mosh, E, Ariri, Zariena, Hilma dan Anep (harap2 takde yang tertinggal). Sri masakkan nasi impit dan jemput pisang yang best! Thank you Sri! Leia masakkan tagliatelle with green pesto and red pesto. Syaz suka yang red pesto tu, memang sedap! Makacih…makacih Leia Franta (sori Leia , Syaz tak tahu nak ejalah). Oh ye, terima kasih semua orang sebab tolong bersusah payah cucuk sate hehe…ops sate!

Punyalah banyak energy semua orang lepas menyeehkan perut nak pegi tengok wayang! Syaz memang teringin pun nak tengok Sky High tu.

Ha…tu baru hari Sabtu..belum lagi hari Ahad. Sri ajak berbuka puasa di umah Sri. Dia nak masak nasi ayam. Kitorang ni kalau pasal makan anytime! Pergi ke umah Sri, macam berbuka kat M’sia plak, meja penuh dengan makanan! Nasi ayam, popia, cucur keledek, air cincau, sate semalam yang tak abis. Sri nie memang banyak energy. Mengandung tu! Very much appreciated!

Hari Isnin Syaz ponteng kelas!

Isnin malam Abe amik Syaz+Mas sebab kitorang nak tido umah AbeSri so that senang boleh terus ke Dublin. Oh ye, kitorang teman Sri dan Afiq ke Dublin pukul 5.30 pagi lepas sahur hari Selasa ke Dublin untuk amik passport Afiq. Pehhh…kitorang respect betul ngan Sri Muarni nil ah. Dia drive Syaz rasa ada dal 9 jam at least for the whole day. 3 setengah jam pegi, 3 setengah jam balik, 2 jam kat Dublin. Syaz pegi dan balik tido sebab pening kepala yang amat kalah orang mengandung! Sri beli Chicken hut untuk buat balik ke Cork berbuka nanti.

Haaa, dibuatkan cerita, Syaz dapat message dari Sri the day after. Dia berhajat nak berbuka puasa di umah Syaz sebab dia tak larat nak masak. Kesian Sri…tapi malulah Syaz nak bagi makan Sri kat umah kitorang yang tak berapa best i. Tak confy sangatlah Sri. Nasib baik Ema call ajak keluar. Tapi she ended up masak untuk kitorang. Best jugak daging Ema masak. Tq ema!

Aduh, tak larat dah Sang Kelembai nak menaip. Penat kepala otak. Lain kali lah pulak. Sebelum tu, nak cakap skit semalam Syaz enjoy betul keluar ramai2 makan kat Milano. Kesian Paan dating jauh2 tapi tak lalu makan pizza. Paan memang suka betul gathering ramai2 ni. Nasib baik kat umah Ema ade lagi lauk semalam yang dia masak
Untuk Syaz dan Sri. Boleh lah paan makan. Kicap tidak dilupakan!

Bosannya Sang Kelembai sekarang. Malam Jumaat. Si kemboja dah tertidur atas lantai bilik dia ni sebelah Syaz. TV langsung takde cerita. Bilalah leia atau Sri nak call ye agaknye…

menyusun 12 bulu hidung, 15 bulu ketiak ( baru shave harini!!), 2 ulas tahi hidung yang dikorek selepas bukak bukak posa smlm, 2 helai bulu dada, 1 periumbilical hair serta 21 jari kaki dan tangan aku untuk mengucapkan selamat hari raya and MOST of all MAAF ZAHIR & BATIN kepada ( in no particular order) SyazG, LeiaStella, Emmarina, Pak An’, Sri , Abe , and Afiq , juga kepada semua peminat-peminat diri ini di tanahair serta serata dunia (call me!).

man what a weekend!!! to be honest i had the most fun in months (well been depressed and all) i was really really motivational chalenged last friday, post call and quite busy night, i thought i wanted to go to cork on that very night but my couch was too comfy and my body was knackered i fell asleep instead so i planned to leave for cork the next day. even on that very morning i still feel too lazy to even get out of my bed (after woke up at 3 am on my couch with my work shirt including the neck tie and the pants, moved to my bed). arghh if only i could call it off, those guys in cork and i were having a little get together well partially as a small celebration for my 25th birthday and mostly just an excuse to actually "get together" in the weekend after a long week of hard work especially the paediatrics crowd and the students! i just wanted to stay at my awesome apartment which lately has become an overnight motel for me, just to sleep and shower, might as well i rent a small room like the one before, NOT!!! okay,where was i? oh yes then it occured to those guys actually put a lot of effort into this so i better move my ass. i did and i got there at around 2 i guess in cork, was a relaxed trip while listening to raya tape. when i got there i met well you know the story ema and mas, we strolled around town get the essentials ie coffee beans and syrup then we went to a vodafone store.



i've been meaning to change my network for a few months now so i guess might as well i got everything with me and the store practically vacant of customers and we had approximately 2 hours before sunset. i would make it in time, how hard could it be, signing some forms and paying all the neccessary charges i figured yeah by 6 the latest i would walk out with my new network and maybe a 3G mobile phone in hand. think again! turned out random act of fates were slightly complicated that i thought it would be. so i finally decided as to which mobile phone i was going to get for this new network ( after much deliberation and considering all the pros and cons) and it's filling in form time i didn't have to do it, the rep did for me on the computer screen, here is the point where things started to go

wrong...

..the server down, ok fine, had to log out and logged in again, do the same thing again unfortunately non of the data was saved. then the server was perfectly working and the rep keyed in the wrong option, instead of port-in ( where u can keep your number ) he chose new customer, mind you this was at the end of the process after couple of "agree" and "submit" icons were hit. so we had to start over AGAIN!!! this time we did it correctly, whoa....third time lucky i guess but not quite, for some unknown reasons my details weren't save in the computer after all that, the rep went through all applications as it had to be kept in the folder for record but in vain, so he had to do AGAIN! it was 6 pm already and they closing, so i had to pay first at the till as they closing and the guy keyed in again my details for god knew how many times, then just before my laser card swiped the othe girl rep ( more senior than this chubby rep guy) asked me for copy of my current phonebill, i said i don't have it and that guy ( the chubby guy) told me that my recent 3 months period of utility bill would be enough and that is what i have.




unfortunately she continued that in order for me to keep my old number they had to have it, WHAT!!! why wouldn't you tell me this SOONER!!!!! i just couldn't believe it, this type of thing rarely happened to me, unlike ema. i thought i was going to get mad but actually i found quite funny. they apologized, yeah at least give some vouchers or free phone after all the trouble they put me through and the hassle to decide which phone put of 5 that i need to get in that split seconds, nah instead they asked me to come back next weekend to get it sorted, yeah right. i left the store empty handed and there were 15 minutes left before maghrib, instead of rushing back to ema's place, we went for a walk, and quite a walk is was......i would've been at ema's house sooner than us getting to the car, but it was a good walk, it opened my eyes to the changes in the city (if any) .



finally we got home and i got this weird feeling it was gonna be a shitty weekend, but the turn of fortunes were as rapid as my bipolar personality, it got better and better, we had great meals, delicious and great cake and we watched a good movie that night, SKY HIGH, well at least it was

a feel good movie, i got really manic and happy,

the next day we were at sriabe's place and it was another good night, as it was pretty much the last break fast before some of us go home for raya. it was a great time, really enjoyed it and tell you what, i woke up late the next morning and we were on take that weekend!!!!! i was a dead meat, i survived anyhow so guys thanx for the awesome weekend looking forward to the next one............

23/10/2005-what happend on the day....

hari bermula dengan saya ( Wahh skemanyer!!!) going out with emmarina who wanted to buy some serbuk kopi in the city . As it was a saturday, it was basically near to impossible for us to get a parking space, which resulted in us parking near the homeless people punye rumah ( somewhere near UCC- atas bukit).................yaa ALLAH punyerlah jauh nak kene jalan

AS we were walking down patrick street, we dramatically met with betday boy who seemed for some reason ,sooo shocked to see us (walaupun dah janji nak jumpe kat bandar)

both the betday boy and emmarina then preceeded to GJ to buy serbuk kopi ....borong jugaklah. As both were accomplished coffee drinkers/makers they practically borong satu kedai ( exggerate-lak).....macam saudagar kopi!

the selection of coffee beans at the shop was intresting, banyaklah jugak . also got to know that the coffee JAVA tuh sebenarnyer is processed in london instead of jAva it self......

Skang Syaz nak tanya sume orang pasal B'day Paan. Tadi Paan call Syaz, Syaz pun tanya dia jadi tak datang Cork untuk b'day dia. Kalau jadi Syaz nak masak2 skit. B'day Boy nie nak kita sume pegi L'rick la kawan2. Amacam, Syaz tak kisah sebab Syaz nie menumpang aje. Orang yang kena drivela. Ema pun macam ade sebut yang dia teringin nak pegi L'rick. Kalau ada yang takleh pegi, I prefer not to at all. Plan asal Syaz ingatkan nak buat kat umah Ema @ Si Melur. Tapi kalau semua orang (Ema, Leia, Mas dan AbeSri) boleh pegi pun best jugak!

For the moment Syaz macam takde idea untuk menu kita. So, I'm open for suggestion ok kawan2! Syaz cuma tolong masak aje (kita minta tolong Si Melur, Kemboja dan Leia Stella ok, hehe:))Orang mengandung boleh releks aje kalau nak.

Eeetusssaje setakat ini. Syaz habis sekolah pukul lima petang esok, sesapa yang teringin nak berkawan boleh call Syaz.

Btw, sajelah Syaz nak cakap yang Cik Kemboja tengah baca buku Clinical Surgery by henry Thomson yang tebal giler beribu2 page tu! Berangan nak jadi surgeon cam Paan, yelah, pagi tadi dia kena tanya What do you know about Laparoscopic cholecystectomy dengan Mr. Ireland. Amik kau, terdiam gitu! Pastu kena tanya 3 cardinal signs that you know ur in the ileocaecal region on colonoscopy. Ape lagi, skang dia tengah berusaha menghafal buku teks! Haha! Haha, mas menjerit2 macam Banshee skang nie kat sebelah Syaz dan pukul Syaz sebab dia tak kasi Syaz cerita pasal dia punya kerajinan belajar!Hahaha!

hi boys and girls! i'm backkk. wah makin banyak contributor2 blog ni ek? melur ni sure ema. sapa lagi suka shower rumah org. hihi. kemboja tu sapa lak? sang kelembai lak? kamon la guys...
weh kita ni nak sambut bday paan ke tak? kena beli hadiah ke ha?
aku ada satu recipe nak contribute gaks. cuba jgn tak cuba. pasti meletup. oo la la!
ricotta cheese pancake ngn strawberries:
1. rendam beberapa biji(15) strawberries size sederhana di dalam 3 cawan OJ yg telah dicampur some gula dan 2 bijik star anise. biar seketika (semalaman lagi bagus)
2. beat up (manually) 5 egg yolks + 175 mls milk + 250g ricotta cheese sampai creamy.
3. campur lak 100g tepung yg telah disiftkan dgn 1 teaspon baking powder ke dlam bahan no 2.
4. beat (electrically) 5 egg whites sampai stiff dan tidak jatuh bila mangkuk diterbalikkan atas kepala syaz.
5. FOLD IN the egg white sikit demi sikit ke dalam batter pancake tadi.
6. goreng la dalam kuali verisi butter or minyak.
7. tuangkan sirap OJ n buah2 strawberries yg kita rendam semalam ke atas pancake sewakyu nak makan.
YUMMIE!!!!

Teman Sri...

Today kitorang bukak pose with Sri and Afiq. Abe on-call ari nie, Sri ajak Syaz+Mas berbuka puasa together sebab tak best dia sorang2 aje. Kitorang no problem, kat umah pun bosan gak. Syaz ingat nak masak sama2, rupanya Sri dah masak. Buat susah2 aje Sri, tak payah, kita boleh masak same2....but, she does need to cook for Abe anyway, yelah, mamat manje tu...hehe...Best Sri masak ari nie! Mee hoon goreng kicap daging dan roti jala dan kuah durian for dessert. Yummy!!! Thank you Sri:)

Afiq ari nie aktif betul! Sekarang nie dia tengah asyik main bola golf sorang2 sambil mengomel sendiri. Kelakar la plak, Sri ngan Mas dok tengok Punked.

Tadi Mas cerita his traumatic experience with Dr. Walsh (boss Ema tu). Ha...kita harap Kemboja akan bercerita nanti sebab Syaz rasa it is quite interesting and funny too. Tapi kalau Syaz yang kena memangle trauma jugak!

Kat COrk hujan satu hari tak berhenti2! Sri hari nie berpenat-lelah keluar pergi beli hadiah untuk Islah dalam hujan2 dengan Afiq. Kalau Syaz sorilah, lagi best aku tido kat umah hehe!

p/s Sang Rajunatapa, kita takde idealah nak masak ape untuk birthday boy nie, please request what you want ok? Kenalah cepat2, Sang Kelembai nak kena mental preparation jugak, nanti tak pasal2 masak rasa batu plak nanti, hehe!!

ayam KFC PAk An' and Mushroom soup leia

ayam goreng KFC pak ' an

Hari ini kitaorg makan ayam goreng KFC and mushroom soup. The ayam goreng’s recipe was courtesy to rajunatapa’s recipe ( having had working experience kat KFC) while the mushroom soup came from leia’s recipe.

Kepada peminat-peminat, makcik2 , adik adik yang tersurf masuk ke blog ini, berikut adalah resepi-resepi utk juadah berbuka puasa kitorg pada hari ini.

Ayam goreng KFC Pak An’ :

Bahan2 : seorang tukang masak , ayam yang bukan ayam ketuk , air paip satu periuk, tepung gandung biaser ( kalau kaya beli yang organics ) , lada puteh, minyak masak ( bagus kalau gune minyak zaitun-bukan yang letak kat rambut), kuali masak, dapur gas ( kalau kaya gune dapur elektrik ( macam sri, melur, rajunatapa) , kalau miskin giler gune kayu api)

Cara-cara : basuh ayam , rendam dalam air stu periuk ( menurut kebiasaannyer , ayam di celup telur, tapi menurut rajunatapa , celup jer air macam kat KFC, selepas itu ayam yang basah itu digaul dalam tepung yang dicampur dengan lada sulah. Selepas itu process ini diulangi , dengan mencelup ayam yang ditepungi itu dalam air semula, dan kemudiannyer diulang lagi dengan mencelut ayam air-tepung-air itu dalam tepung . Ulangilah process ini sampai mencapai ketebalan yang diingini. Kemudian panaskan minyak , dan masukkan dalam minyak yang panas itu….selepas diyakini masak, angat dan toskan ( ps; macam tak guna jer toskan , sebab bazir masa, ayam itu memang dah banyak minyak pon- and plaque’s, MI and tromboembolism tak dapat dielakkan

Mushroom soup leia stella artois:

Bahan: tukang masak ,olive oil, garlic, mushroom, cream , black pepper, corn flour, garam secukupnyer

Cara : panas kan olive oil dalam periuk atas dapur gas atau elektrik anda , masukkan chopped garlic, tumis ( 1 minute) , masukkan cendawan, dan masak sampai cendawan kecut, kemudian masukkan cream ( pastikan api jangan terlalu panas, nanti curdle), kemudian continue masak and masukkan garam and pepper. Kemudian sedia di hidang.

it all must come to an end.....

the thought of having a quiet call shattered at an instance at the very moment i saw Joe, " how was ur night?" i asked not at all curious at the answer, my hand just clicked the internet explorer icon on the screen of the computer in the ress. " pretty bad yeah.... just finished with a patient after arriving at half five this morning, GSW, bullet still there inside his left chest, i put a chest drain in and ur man bled out one and half litres of blood, jaysus. thought i hit the major vessels " he said with no expression at all drawn on his face, my face on the other hand went all white, as white as an irish man during 8 months long winter, Gun Shot Wound!!. ohh that's why he walked around with a plastic apron on, the thought just crossed my mind when i heard the words chest drain. "is he going to *^&?" finally i opened my mouth. " no the boss will do thoracotomy, he's in CT" joe kept on walking and i just sat there, in shock. there it was, how it started on the day i turned 21! yeah ok 28 . it was hell and from thereon it was pretty much a non-stop ride for this neverending stupid oncall trip. i was that occupied i broke my fast at 9 instead of 6:41 pm!!!! next thing i knew it was october 17........the whole day just flew away pretty much unnoticed. one referral after another and theatre case, bragghhhh!!!! i was this close to do something that might make me end up in 5B. but then i didn't wanna spoil my b'day, whatever comes crossing the A&E entrance, i would face it with dignity and pride. with that in mind now 31 hours have passed and i' m so close to the end, i survived . ironically i never feel this good and glad to see monday comes, only after a long weekend, and with no sleep at all.......................................

Hi Sang Rajunatapa, Ni Sang Kelembai bercakap! Jangan tegur aku nanti aku tukar kau jadi batu bata!
Anyway, apsal la kau tak telepon aku ari ni? Satu ari aku tunggu kau tepon, yela, aku ni manala bleh nak call ko...Yela, sajela nak wish epi b'day yang ke brape? 30? Tue dah ko ye rupanye! hehe gurau aje, you do look young fer yer age. Well, keep it up, stay fit and go to the gym and kurangkan sikit buncit perut tu, hehe, mengata dulang paku serpih, mengata orang Sang Kelembai yang lebih!
Sian, kena keje. N'way, meh aku nyanyi kat ko....Hapy birthday to you...happy birthday to you...happy birthday to Paan...Happy birthday to you.....yeee...cepat tiup lilin and make a wish!(be careful what you wish for, you might get it...)
p/s nanti minggu depan kita celebrate ok? Pikir skang kek ape kau nak.
